COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

These Community Guidelines are designed to help keep Gayte App safe, respectful, accessible, and compliant with applicable laws, app store requirements, and our Terms of Service.

Gayte reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review, reject, remove, restrict, suspend, or disable access to any profile, profile photo, profile text, username, hashtag, link, content, or account that violates these Guidelines, our Terms of Service, applicable law, or app store requirements.

If you receive an alert stating that your profile or content violates Gayte App’s guidelines, it means that your profile or content may include one or more prohibited elements described below. Gayte may take action with or without prior notice, depending on the nature, severity, or frequency of the violation.

1. COMMUNITY CONDUCT

Gayte may remove, restrict, suspend, or terminate profiles or accounts that violate the community conduct rules below.

No Hate

Gayte has a zero-tolerance policy toward content or behavior that promotes, supports, encourages, or condones violence, hate, harassment, exclusion, or discrimination based on protected or personal characteristics, including race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, HIV status, health status, or any other protected characteristic.

No Harassment

Bullying, shaming, abuse, harassment, intimidation, trolling, targeted attacks, threats, stalking, coercion, blackmail, or aggressive behavior is strictly prohibited on Gayte App

No Impersonation

Fake accounts and impersonation are not allowed. You may not pretend to be another person, including a celebrity, public figure, private individual, or another Gayte App user. If you believe someone is impersonating you or someone you know, please use the reporting tools available in the app so we can investigate.

No Copyrighted or Unauthorized Content

Do not upload, post, or use photos, illustrations, videos, text, logos, trademarks, or other content unless you own the rights or have permission to use them.

No Illegal Activity

Content or behavior involving illegal activity is prohibited, including drug dealing, fraud, scams, threats, exploitation, illegal sexual activity, non-consensual sexual content, images of illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia, or any other conduct that violates applicable law.

No Solicitation

Advertising, selling, solicitation, or commercial promotion is not allowed unless expressly authorized by Gayte. This includes promotion of sexual services, escort services, massage services, paid companionship, goods, services, events, websites, apps, or other commercial activities.

No Spam

You may not send messages, create accounts, or use profiles for the purpose of directing users to a business, external website, app, platform, promotion, or service.

You may not request, promote, or share personal financial information, payment links, wishlists, cash apps, donation links, or similar payment methods for the purpose of receiving money, gifts, or goods from other Gayte App users.

2. REPORTING AND BLOCKING

If you encounter a user, profile, message, photo, link, or other content that you believe violates these Guidelines, you can report it by using the reporting tools available in the app, including the “Report” feature where available. Gayte will review reports and may take appropriate action at its sole discretion.

If another user has made you uncomfortable but has not necessarily violated these Guidelines, you may use the blocking tools available in the app. When you block another user, you and that user may no longer be able to see each other or communicate through the Service, depending on the functionality available at the time.

Gayte may review reports, restrict content, suspend accounts, remove content, or take other measures where it considers such action appropriate or necessary to protect users, enforce these Guidelines or our Terms of Service, comply with applicable law, or meet app store requirements.

3. EXTERNAL LINKS

Links to approved social media profiles, such as Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok, may be allowed only in the designated “My Social” section of your profile, where this feature is available.

External links must comply with these Guidelines, our Terms of Service, applicable law, and the intended purpose of the Service. Gayte may remove or restrict any external link at its sole discretion.

Links to messaging services, payment platforms, commercial services, adult services, external dating platforms, websites, apps, or other destinations not expressly permitted by Gayte are prohibited and may be removed.

4. PROFILE PHOTOS

Profile photos must comply with the rules below.

Nudity

The following are not allowed:

• photos displaying exposed genitals or buttocks, whether fully or partially visible;
• photos where genitals or buttocks are covered but clearly visible, including through mesh, wet garments, transparent clothing, or similar materials;
• photos displaying a visible outline of genitals, an erection, or an exaggerated bulge;
• photos displaying genitals obscured by hands, towels, hats, emojis, stickers, censor blocks, or other means;
• photos where the waistline is lowered or positioned to draw attention to the groin or pubic area;
• photos displaying visible pubic hair;
• shower photos, whether or not genitals are visible.

Sexual Content

The following are not allowed:

• photos of suggestive, explicit, simulated, illustrated, partially obscured, or real sexual acts;
• photos showing sexually suggestive embraces, poses, gestures, or facial expressions related to sexual activity;
• photos displaying sexually suggestive clothing, fetish gear, sex toys, mouthpieces, masks, or similar items;
• photos displaying semen, ejaculation, or any fluid made to look like semen or ejaculation.

Underage Content

The following are not allowed:

• photos of anyone under eighteen (18) years of age;
• photos that appear to depict minors, even if the person is actually over eighteen (18);
• any content involving minors in a sexual, suggestive, exploitative, or inappropriate context.

Drugs

The following are not allowed:

• photos of illegal drugs;
• photos showing drug use;
• photos showing drug paraphernalia;
• photos promoting, offering, or encouraging illegal drug use or drug transactions.

Disturbing, Violent, or Offensive Content

The following are not allowed:

• photos of violence, violent acts, self-harm, animal abuse, injuries, or blood, whether real or simulated;
• photos of guns, knives, or other weapons, whether real or simulated;
• photos showing racist, hateful, intolerant, bigoted, extremist, or discriminatory acts, gestures, symbols, slogans, or imagery.

Collages and Multiple-Image Compositions

The following are not allowed:

• collages;
• photo grids;
• screenshots containing multiple images;
• compositions made from multiple photos.

Impersonation and Misleading Identity

The following are not allowed:

• using someone else’s photo as your own;
• photos of celebrities, public figures, crowds, or people who are not clearly identifiable as the account holder;
• photos with more than two faces;
• full-body costumes, masks, or disguises that make the user difficult to identify;
• misleading or deceptive images.

Members found using another person’s photo as their own may be permanently suspended from Gayte App.

Miscellaneous Photo Rules

The following are not allowed:

• photos that do not depict at least part of your body;
• photos of pets or other animals unless you also appear in the photo;
• copyrighted photos, illustrations, or images you do not have permission to use;
• photos of landscapes, buildings, animals, cartoons, memes, screenshots, or unrelated objects;
• blurry, distorted, low-quality, or unclear photos.

Advertising or Solicitation

The following are not allowed:

• photos used to advertise, promote, sell, solicit, or direct users to goods, services, events, websites, apps, brands, or commercial activities.

Overlays and Modified Photos

The following are not allowed:

• photos containing text overlays, emojis, stickers, filters, themed frames, watermarks, censor blocks, promotional graphics, or other modifications that interfere with review or identification.

5. PROFILE NAME, TEXT, AND HASHTAGS

Profile names, profile text, and hashtags must comply with the rules below.

Inappropriate Text

The following are not allowed:

• profanity, curse words, offensive slurs, or attempts to bypass filters through abbreviations, masking, symbols, spacing, or fill-ins;
• text intended to threaten, intimidate, harass, defame, shame, insult, or abuse another person;
• text that promotes, incites, or encourages racism, bigotry, hatred, discrimination, violence, or physical harm of any kind.

Advertising or Solicitation

The following are not allowed:

• advertising or promotion of services, goods, events, websites, apps, brands, or commercial activities;
• advertising, offering, or soliciting massage services, escort services, sexual services, paid companionship, or similar services;
• phone numbers, email addresses, payment information, external usernames, or social media handles in your profile name or profile text, except where expressly permitted by Gayte in designated fields.

Drugs

The following are not allowed:

• references to illegal drugs;
• promotion or discussion of illegal drug transactions;
• text referring to sex while using drugs;
• coded language intended to promote, solicit, or arrange illegal drug use or transactions.

6. ENFORCEMENT

Gayte may enforce these Guidelines through manual review, automated tools, user reports, moderation systems, or any combination of these methods.

Gayte may remove content, reject uploads, restrict profile visibility, issue warnings, limit features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, or take any other action it considers appropriate or necessary.

Repeated, severe, illegal, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent violations may result in permanent suspension or removal from Gayte App.

Gayte’s failure to take action in any particular case does not waive its right to take action in the future.
